How long does my order take to ship?

I pride myself on NOT holding your goodies for 5-7 days to process like some (no shade). Orders are shipped Monday-Friday inside 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed after 9am on Saturdays will physically ship the following monday.

No orders will be shipped on Saturday after 10am and Sundays. This is to avoid your items sitting in a facility or on a truck.   

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, as much as I appreciate my international family, Corbeaú Skin is unable to ship to any regions outside of the continent United States and its territories..

What is your return policy? 

Due to the hygienic nature of a products, returns are not permitted under any circumstances. Please send an email to CorbeauSkin@gmail.com with your order number and concern. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

I think I put the incorrect address on my order! What do I do??

I get it! Excitement can happen when you are trying to secure the goodies. Quickly email CorbeauSkin@gmail.com with your order number and correct address, please address the email as “ADDRESS UPDATE“ so it will stand out. As long as the shipping label has not been created, this change can be made. The only restriction is that the correct address must be in the same city as the original order. Meaning if the order comes through for Houston, but you are requesting the order be shipped to Dallas, I am unable to make this change due to the high probability the shipping change will flag for fraud.
